The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Daniels throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Relioppous was covering up waiting for the punch and Daniels finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Daniels is pushing down on Relioppous's leg trying to pass to half guard. Relioppous is fighting to maintain full guard but Daniels has managed to sneak the leg through.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Daniels lands a nice short elbow.

Relioppous is rocked!

It looks like Edom Relioppous has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Daniels lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Relioppous quite badly. Relioppous pulls Daniels in close trying to recover. Daniels postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Relioppous on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Relioppous doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

After winning the bout, Charlie Daniels thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
