The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danneskjold looks to land a body kick but Smackdown moved away.
Smackdown throws a big shot that misses.
Smackdown lands a glancing blow to the side of Danneskjold's head.

It looks like Ragnar Danneskjold has been cut.
Danneskjold shoots in looking for a takedown. Smackdown tries to sprawl out of it but Danneskjold keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Smackdown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Danneskjold thows a huge punch but Smackdown dodges it nicely.

Danneskjold throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smackdown's waist but Smackdown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Danneskjold off to one side.
Danneskjold shoots in but no luck this time.
Bjorn Smackdown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ragnar Danneskjold.
Smackdown throws a hook but Danneskjold avoids it easily.

Danneskjold tries to clinch up but Smackdown circles away and keeps his distance.

Danneskjold fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smackdown checks it well.
Danneskjold ducks straight into an uppercut from Smackdown and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Danneskjold maanges to regain guard straight away.

Smackdown stands up from Danneskjold's guard - Smackdown perhaps looking for a knockout.
Danneskjold seems to have recovered his senses.

Danneskjold looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smackdown is fending him off so far but Danneskjold persists. Nope, Smackdown circles away and we're back to standing.
Danneskjold closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Smackdown lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Danneskjold falls backwards - clearly groggy! Smackdown dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
