Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Janathan Ho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joe Jacobs!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ho instigates a clinch.
Jacobs swings wildly with an uppercut but Ho uses good head movement to avoid it.

Ho breaks from the clinch.
Jacobs fails with a takedown attempt.

Ho shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jacobs is trying to defend but Ho finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ho blocks the strikes from Jacobs.
Ho tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jacobs controls his leg.
Jacobs is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ho's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ho's back!

Jacobs is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Ho has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Jacobs has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Ho taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Jacobs doesn't care though - he's delighted!
