The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marko clinches.
A left hand lands to the body for Marko.

Nelson is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Marko is keeping busy.
Nelson prevents the takedown attempt.
Marko goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Nelson has Marko pushed against the cage.
Marko blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Hoy Nelson.

Marko takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nelson throws a front kick that sends Marko stumbling back into the cage.

Nelson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Nelson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Marko.
Nelson scores with a leg kick.
Marko is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Nelson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Marko.

Marko on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Marko looks winded!
Nelson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Marko's head.
Marko moves into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Marko has Nelson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Nelson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hoy Nelson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cain Marko.

Nelson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Marko swings wildly with an uppercut but Nelson uses good head movement to avoid it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Nelson crunches a lovely knee into Marko's ribcage.
Nelson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Marko blocks it with crossed arms.
The referee calls for Nelson to work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nelson scores with a nice body kick.

Nelson has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Nelson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Marko's calf.
Marko is breathing heavily.
Nelson knocks Marko to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
Marko is rocked!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cain Marko's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Hoy Nelson!
Hoy Nelson bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
