The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanches jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lesnar dodges the punch combination from Sanches.
Sanches misses with a body kick.

Sanches jabs Lesnar to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Sanches misses with a body shot.
Lesnar misses with a hook. Sanches ducked under it nicely.
Sanches misses with an uppercut.
Lesnar walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sanches uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lesnar.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sanches.
Sanches thows a body shot but no joy.
Sanches lands a nice looking kick to the body. Lesnar takes a step back to recover.
Renato Sanches is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lesnar is breathing heavily.

Lesnar takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sanches lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
No joy there for Sanches, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Renato Sanches seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Lesnar misses.

Sanches cracks Lesnar with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lesnar looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Sanches finish him?

Sanches cracks Lesnar with a left hook right on the temple and Lesnar goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Sanches lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Lesnar is OK!
