Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Serra fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wazowski sprawls well initially but Serra persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Wazowski is looking to improve his position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wazowski can do anything to dispel that myth.
Serra working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Wazowski's thigh. Wazowski counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Wazowski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wazowski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Serra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Serra throws an elbow that misses. Wazowski uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Serra's guard. Nice move by Wazowski!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Wazowski! Serra is hurt baaadly! Wazowski is firing away with more strikes - Serra is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
