The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Swag closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Franklin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Swag gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Franklin prevents Swag from breaking the clinch.
Swag is trying to break the clinch but Franklin has him pressed against the cage.

Swag drags the fight down to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Swag wants to stand and escape but Franklin is having none of it.

Franklin drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Swag manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Franklin has Swag in his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Swag throws a big right hand that misses.

Franklin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Swag gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Swag knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Franklin on the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Franklin controls Swag momentarily but Swag frees himself.

Swag gets to his feet - Franklin follows without any prompting.

Swag defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Franklin.

Swag fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Franklin, pushing him back against the cage.
Franklin has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Swag is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Yolo Swag has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tobias Franklin.

Franklin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Franklin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Franklin wants to control from the top but Swag keeps moving.

Oooooh!!! Swag has knocked Franklin down with a huge combo! Swag steps away and waves a wobbly Franklin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Swag drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Franklin regains half guard.
Franklin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Franklin seems to have recovered his senses.
Swag lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Swag is nestled in close to Franklin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Swag is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Franklin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Swag pulls his head out easily.

Swag is stalling here. Franklin is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Swag seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Franklin has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Franklin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Swag knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
