Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Greger Mousasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Thiago Alves enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi has a takedown stuffed.

Mousasi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mousasi connects with a nice short shot to Alves's temple.

Alves shoots in looking for a takedown. Mousasi tries to sprawl out of it but Alves keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mousasi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
