Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Denis Turk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bee Benson!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turk gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Denis Turk has been cut.
Benson misses with an uppercut. Turk saw that one coming.
Benson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Benson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Turk takes a jab right on the kisser.
Turk is rocked!
Turk looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Turk works over Benson with some ground and pound from guard.
Benson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Turk is one step ahead there.
Turk trying to control the position from guard on top but Benson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Turk drops back looking for a leg! Benson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Benson manages to kick Turk off! Turk jumps back into Benson's guard.
Benson keeping moving, preventing Turk from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Turk is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Turk avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Benson wants to stand up but Turk is controlling him.
Turk wants to control from the top but Benson keeps moving.
Turk stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Benson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Turk working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Denis Turk has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Benson connects with a single shot there.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Turk takes one to the chin there.
Benson sends Turk crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Benson is motioning to the referee to let Turk up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oh Turk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Benson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Turk.
Bee Benson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Turk ducks into an uppercut from Benson and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
