Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bambang Suryanto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Lee looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a push kick but Suryanto slaps the foot to one side.
Suryanto looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lee fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Suryanto checks it well.
Lee lands a leg kick that knocks Suryanto off balance momentarily.
Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee scores with a kick to the midsection.
Suryanto fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lee avoids it really well and circles away.
Lee fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Suryanto is out of range.
Suryanto fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Suryanto shoots in looking for a takedown but Lee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Suryanto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Suryanto gets a double leg takedown into Lee's guard.
Suryanto sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lee's guard.
Suryanto content to control rather than advance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Suryanto seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lee for as long as he can get away with.
Suryanto moves into full mount! Lee won't be happy about that!

Suryanto is trying to take his opponent's back.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Suryanto has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Bambang Suryanto wasn't doing enough on the ground.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Lee fails in his attempt to clinch.
Suryanto fails with a takedown attempt.
Lee slaps away a takedown attempt from Suryanto, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Suryanto or perhaps it was just good defense by Lee which made him look bad.
Suryanto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
David Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lee is looking to score with low kicks.
Suryanto fails to land the takedown.
Lee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lee wants it to stay on the feet.

Suryanto has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Lee.

Lee is looking to stand up but Suryanto isn't so interested in that idea.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Suryanto slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Suryanto looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Suryanto persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.

Lee drives through and clinches with Suryanto against the cage.

Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Suryanto on that attempt.

Suryanto gets control of Lee's arms and successfully pulls guard. Suryanto will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Lee is breathing heavily.

Suryanto working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Suryanto is tightening it up a little... Lee has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Lee reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Lee taps out! Nice BJJ there by Suryanto!
