Aarendse drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Aarendse has hold of Holmes's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Holmes seems comfortable defending it but Aarendse has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Holmes is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Holmes is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Aarendse couldn't care less - he's delighted!
