Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tyler Durden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jeremy Crusher!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Durden enables Crusher to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Durden manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jeremy Crusher hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Crusher throws his legs up looking for a submission but Durden uses it to pass to side control.

Durden wants to pass the guard but Crusher is keeping the position.

Crusher had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Durden defends it easily.

Crusher has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Durden can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Crusher isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Durden stacks Crusher on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Durden!

Durden is pressing down on Crusher's thigh, looking to free his foot. Crusher is holding on for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Crusher is doing well to control the position and prevent Durden from advancing to side control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Durden throws a right and a left that Crusher avoids nicely.

Durden shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Durden showed some decent athleticism there.

Crusher is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Durden pulls his head out easily.

Oh but Crusher is tightening it up a little... Durden has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Durden reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Durden taps out! Nice BJJ there by Crusher!
