Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Patch Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Hulskan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Patch Thomas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Patch Thomas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sasha Hulskan!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hulskan shoots in but Thomas avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hulskan tries to keep at a distance but Thomas has taken the fight into the clinch.
Thomas breaks the clinch.
Hulskan dives in and grabs Thomas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Thomas pushes down on Hulskan's head and hops out.
Thomas lands a left and a right that send Hulskan crashing to the mat, dazed. Thomas thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hulskan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thomas as he avoids it easily.
Patch Thomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sasha Hulskan.
Thomas closes the distance and pushes Hulskan back into the cage.
Thomas scores with a hook to the body.
Thomas gets underhooks to prevent Hulskan's takedown attempt.
Thomas works on Hulskan's body with a couple of short punches.
Thomas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Thomas lands a big right hand that sends Hulskan crashing to the mat! Thomas stays standing though and waves Hulskan back to his feet!
Hulskan is rocked!
Thomas has closed the distance and engaged Hulskan in a clinch.
Hulskan is still on wobbly legs! Can Thomas finish him?
Hulskan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Thomas scores with a hook to the body.
Hulskan looks winded!
Thomas breaks from the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Thomas slaps away a takedown attempt from Hulskan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Thomas connects with a nice cross there... Hulskan is looking wobbly and Thomas recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Hulskan to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Thomas jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Patch Thomas!
An out of breath Patch Thomas thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
