Santiago is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Baauer - Harlem Shake. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rimmer throws a looping overhand right but Santiago ducks down to avoid it.
Arnold Rimmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Santiago drives through and clinches with Rimmer against the cage.

Oh Rimmer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Santiago stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Santiago digs a right hand into Rimmer's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Rimmer's gas tank.
Rimmer seems to have got his legs back now.
Santiago lands a left hand.
Santiago lands with a left to the head.
Santiago creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Rimmer with a big uppercut! Rimmer tries to clinch up but Santiago pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Rimmer to the mat! Rimmer covers up and Santiago unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jorge Santiago!
Jorge Santiago made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'And I thought I was getting a rimmer, not fighting one. Anyways, I am now a free agent and that means husbands of the world, beware. I might be in your city - and your wife - by tomorrow.'.
