Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rock Barden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reggie Smack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rock Barden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Reggie Smack!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smack scores with a sloppy right hand. Barden should have avoided that one.
Donk. Smack catches Barden right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Rock Barden has been cut.
Barden lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Barden throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Barden lands a head kick!
Barden scoring well with a low kick there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barden lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Smack backs up against the cage.
Smack throws the left hand but Barden avoids the punch easily.
Smack shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Barden but Barden pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Barden pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Barden throws a front kick that sends Smack stumbling back into the cage.
Smack takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Barden slips a jab and a cross from Smack.
Barden shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Smack eats them both and turns towards Barden to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Barden misses with a body kick.
Barden throws a body punch but Smack moves out of range.

Barden lets loose with a powerful body kick. Smack will feel that in the morning.
A jab from Smack misses.
Smack misses with a body shot.
Smack uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Barden has time to react.
Barden pushes Smack away with a front kick.
Barden fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Smack.
Barden scores with a one two! Smack had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Barden works over Smack's head and body with a nice combination.

A solid leg kick lands there for Barden.

Barden throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Barden throws a half hearted mid kick.
Smack takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Barden lands a nice hook to Smack's body. Smack takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Barden changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Smack walks forward, straight into a front kick from Barden.

Barden lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Rock Barden is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Barden thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Smack if he has to take too many more of those.
Smack has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Barden.

Barden throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Barden misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barden digs a good hook to Smack's body.
Smack has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Barden.
Barden lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Barden.
Barden thumps Smack with a low kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Barden finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

A lazy left from Barden finds it's target.
Barden fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Smack has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Barden lands with a nice body punch.
Smack's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Barden scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Barden connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Barden lands a brutal head kick. Smack looks out on his feet and Barden throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

After the fight, Rock Barden was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
