Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yolo Swag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chras Watsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yolo Swag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chras Watsky!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Swag gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Watsky to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Swag wants to stand but Watsky is controlling the position.
Watsky wants to control from the top but Swag keeps moving.
Watsky prevents Swag from getting back to his feet.
Watsky not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Watsky trying to control the position from guard on top but Swag is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Chras Watsky was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Swag is trying hard to land a takedown here. Watsky sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Yolo Swag seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Swag shoots in and drives through. Watsky sprawls well.

Watsky throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Swag was covering up waiting for the punch and Watsky finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Swag is breathing heavily.
Watsky forces his way into half guard.

Watsky wants to work for an arm triangle but Swag is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Watsky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Swag keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Watsky might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Swag kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Watsky is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Swag has managed to free his arm - good work.

Swag is trying to stand up here but Watsky is controlling him well.

Swag on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Swag tries to get out of the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Watsky advances to full mount.

Watsky has taken the fight to the clinch.
Swag is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Watsky to keep the fight standing.
Watsky stalls.
Swag tries to pull guard but Watsky holds him up against the cage and eventually Swag drops back down to his feet.
Watsky has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Swag after a bit of a struggle.
Watsky tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Swag smiles and moves away.

Watsky tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Watsky wants to clinch.

Swag will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Swag avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Yolo Swag is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Watsky tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Swag manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Swag gets caught napping as Watsky dives in and scores a takedown. Swag manages to retain guard.
Swag wants to get back to his feet but Watsky is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Watsky slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Watsky stops Swag from standing up.

Watsky postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Watsky drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Watsky jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Swag is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Watsky is stalling in the full guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Chras Watsky was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Watsky closes this distance looking for a takedown but Swag circles away.
Yolo Swag has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chras Watsky.

Watsky drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Swag is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Swag is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Watsky has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Watsky is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Swag is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Watsky wants to control but Swag is keeping him busy.

Chras Watsky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!



Swag clinches.
Watsky drops down looking for an ankle pick but Swag pulls his leg out and moves away.
Watsky shoots for a takedown but Swag saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Swag looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Watsky dodges the punch combination from Swag.
Swag misses with a jab, cross combination.

Watsky is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Watsky has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Swag is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Watsky yanks on the arm and Swag is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Watsky.
