Pietila has chosen Hard Night Out by Professor Green as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Sakke Pietila enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pietila displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Storm throws out the jab.
Storm just misses with a punch to the body.
Silas Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pietila checks a leg kick.
Storm lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

It looks like Sakke Pietila has been cut.

Pietila lands a leg kick that knocks Storm off balance momentarily.
Pietila lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Pietila misses with the combination.
Storm chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Storm tries to bum rush Pietila with a series of wild strikes but Pietila uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Storm misses with a body shot.

Pietila throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Storm.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Storm looks to land a right hand but Pietila moved out of range.
Pietila pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Storm takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Some wild striking there from Pietila.
Storm throws a solid leg kick but Pietila takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Storm.
Storm lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Pietila up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Storm from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Pietila's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Silas Storm!
After the fight, Silas Storm was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
