The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boreling drops his hands momentarily and Naoki takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Boreling gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Naoki counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Naoki scores with a shoulder strike.
Boreling drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Naoki gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Naoki effectively controlling the action here.
Naoki throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Borelings head.
Boreling tries for a takedown. No joy.
Takeshi Naoki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karl Boreling.
Naoki pushes Boreling back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Naoki gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Boreling.
Boreling has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Naoki is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Boreling has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Naoki avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Boreling goes for a takedown attempt but Naoki pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Naoki lands a nice looking body shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Naoki, as that shot connected.
Naoki cracks Boreling with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
