PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Murilo Hartmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiago Camilo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Camilo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Time. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartmann moves out of range of the body kick from Camilo.
Murilo Hartmann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Hartmann enables Camilo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hartmann manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Camilo postures up in Hartmann's guard and throws a big left but Hartmann blocks it.
Camilo wants to pass the guard but Hartmann is keeping the position.
Camilo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Camilo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hartmann swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hartmann knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Camilo on the ground.

Hartmann tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Camilo is looking to take a break and control but Hartmann is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Camilo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hartmann is in all sorts of trouble here.
Camilo wants to control the pace but Hartmann is squirming around nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Camilo has hold of Hartmann's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hartmann manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Hartmann has left one of his arms exposed and Camilo doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Hartmann screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
