Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Threadgood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Miodek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miodek is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Radioactive. Buddy Threadgood could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Samson Miodek's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miodek fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Threadgood.
That kick from Miodek tenderised Threadgood's leg. Threadgood is trying to keep his angry face on.
Threadgood takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Threadgood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miodek circles away quickly and effectively.
Threadgood throws out a loose jab but Miodek uses good head movement to avoid it.

Miodek moves into range and clinches up with Threadgood.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Miodek stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Threadgood swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Miodek sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Threadgood's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miodek working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Threadgood gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Miodek points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Threadgood wakes up just in time to hear Miodek thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

After the fight, Samson Miodek was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
