Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tanishk Soni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and B A Ware (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soni moves in looking to clinch but Ware pushes him off.
Soni lands a head shot.
Tanishk Soni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Soni scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
An inside leg kick lands from Soni.
Ware swings for the body but Soni moves out of range.
Ware keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Tanishk Soni has been cut.
Soni shoots in for a takedown but Ware shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Soni gets a takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ware is refusing to be controlled, as Soni sits in half guard.

Soni looks for a takedown but Ware sprawls well.

Ware misses with a few strikes there.
Ware on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Soni moves into range and clinches up with Ware.
Soni gets through Ware's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Ware is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Soni is keeping busy.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Soni.
Ware throws a punch but it's blocked by Soni.
Soni tries for a takedown. No joy.

Ware throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Soni thows a left - swing and a miss!
Soni shoots in for a double leg but Ware sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ware thows a body shot but no joy.
Soni shoots in looking for a takedown but Ware manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Soni's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ware throws a nice looking combination but Soni bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ware is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Soni.
Ware lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Soni misses with a looping right.
That kick from Soni tenderised Ware's leg. Ware is trying to keep his angry face on.
Soni tries to clinch but Ware moves away
and Ware counters with a stiff right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
No joy there for Ware, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ware throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Soni misses with an uppercut
and Ware counters with a series of strikes. Soni will be more careful next time no doubt.
Ware lands with a nice body punch.
Soni walks into a straight right hand from Ware.
Soni bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Soni tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ware paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ware misses the jab.
Soni keeps Ware at a distance using the push kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Ware lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Ware throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Oooh a lovely combination from Ware sends Soni down but not out. Ware dives into side control looking to finish.

Tanishk Soni's cut is getting worse.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A lull in the action here as Ware stalls from top position.

B A Ware has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Ware misses with an uppercut
and Soni counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ware cracks a nice hook into Soni's ribs.
Soni shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ware as he avoids it easily.
B A Ware seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Ware connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Soni momentarily.
Soni fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ware fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Soni fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ware avoids it really well and circles away.

Ware takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Soni throws a right and a left that Ware avoids nicely.
Ware waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Soni.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ware. Soni does a little dance to reset his feet.
Soni fails in his attempt to clinch.
Ware tests Soni's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Jeez, Tanishk Soni's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Ware misses with an uppercut. Soni saw that one coming.
Ware looks to land a combination. Soni sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tanishk Soni's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
