Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Doctore Oenomaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abcd Efgh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doctore Oenomaus could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Abcd Efgh's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Efgh tries to sprawl but Oenomaus drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Efgh gets back to full guard.
Efgh has his hands on Oenomaus's head, controlling the position.
Oenomaus stopping the sweep attempt from Efgh.
Oenomaus is looking to work some ground and pound but Efgh has wrist control.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Efgh holds on and takes a little breather.
Oenomaus passes Efgh's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Efgh keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Efgh gets full guard.
Efgh has control of Oenomaus's left arm, preventing Oenomaus from doing any damage.
Efgh lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Oenomaus!

It looks like Efgh might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Oenomaus manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Oenomaus looks like he's trying to stand up.
Oenomaus wants to control but Efgh is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Efgh thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Efgh controlling the action here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Abcd Efgh was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Oenomaus throws a wild body kick that Efgh sees coming a mile off.
Efgh fails with the takedown.
Oenomaus closes the distance and clinches up with Efgh, looking for a takedown. Oenomaus pushes Efgh against the cage but Efgh circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Oenomaus misses the shot to the body.

Efgh fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Oenomaus to the ground. Efgh is now in Oenomaus's guard.
Efgh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Efgh cracks Oenomaus with a solid left hand.
Oenomaus can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Efgh controls the pace.
Let's hope that Efgh has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Efgh fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Efgh shoots in but no luck this time.
Oenomaus tries for a takedown but Efgh circles away easily

Efgh is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Oenomaus defends it well.

Efgh looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Abcd Efgh was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Horrible takedown by Oenomaus or perhaps it was just good defense by Efgh which made him look bad.

Efgh avoids the head kick by Oenomaus.

Efgh shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Efgh was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Efgh takes a little break here. Oenomaus wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

A lull in the action here.

Efgh looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Efgh advances to full mount.
Efgh sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
BOOM! Efgh connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Abcd Efgh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Efgh slips under a jab.
Efgh swats away the attempt to clinch by Oenomaus.
Efgh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Oenomaus circles away.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Efgh.
Oenomaus is trying to escape the position but Efgh is controlling the position.
Efgh tries to advance to mount but Oenomaus denies him.

Efgh working the body and head with strikes.
Efgh is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Oenomaus's shoulder. That is not cool.

Oenomaus gets back to half guard.
Oenomaus tries to roll over but Efgh keeps him under control.
Abcd Efgh has got the better of the ground game so far.
Oenomaus is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Efgh's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Efgh's back!
Efgh tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Efgh is looking to improve his position but Oenomaus isn't that keen on the idea.
Efgh gets back to half guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Efgh pushes Oenomaus off and gets back to his feet.

Oenomaus gets caught napping as Efgh dives in and scores a takedown. Oenomaus manages to retain guard.

Efgh throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Oenomaus works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Efgh's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Efgh pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Oenomaus is keeping the position for now.
Efgh controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Abcd Efgh wasn't active enough on the ground.
Efgh shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Oenomaus pinned against the cage. Oenomaus gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Efgh gets a takedown into half guard.
Efgh is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Abcd Efgh is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
