The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Abaddon throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Duddy throws a nice looking combination but Abaddon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Duddy misses with a double jab
and Abaddon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Donk. Abaddon catches Duddy right on the button with a cross.
A solid leg kick lands there for Abaddon.
Abaddon throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Duddy crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Anthony Abaddon!
After the fight, Anthony Abaddon was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
