Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Hollinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hollinger comes to the ring accompanied by WILD BOYS. On his way into the ring it seems that Dylan Hollinger has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dylan Hollinger seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dylan Hollinger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steve Rogers!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Rogers darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Rogers displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hollinger throws out the jab.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Rogers tries to score with a low kick but Hollinger moves his leg out of the way.

Rogers is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hollinger catches Rogers with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Rogers uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hollinger.
Rogers pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hollinger back to the ropes. Rogers follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hollinger lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Hollinger throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rogers sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rogers closes the distance and clinches up with Hollinger, looking for a takedown. Rogers pushes Hollinger against the ropes but Hollinger circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rogers tries to land a front kick but Hollinger steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hollinger avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hollinger scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Hollinger wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Hollinger bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

The fight stays on the outside here - Rogers looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Rogers goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Hollinger has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Rogers but great work by Hollinger.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Rogers is looking to regain half guard here but Hollinger keeps moving and retains side control.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Rogers throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hollinger thuds his right hand into Rogers's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Rogers throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Hollinger counter with a right hand.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hollinger, right into the meat.
Hollinger is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rogers.

enabling Hollinger to counter with a crisp jab.
Rogers shoots in looking for a takedown. Hollinger tries to sprawl out of it but Rogers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Hollinger manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Hollinger looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Rogers strikes from the bottom but Hollinger passes into mount!
Rogers tries to control Hollinger's body but Hollinger pushes him off. Rogers squirms to his side and now Hollinger has his back!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rogers wants to control his opponent's hands but Hollinger gets his hands free.

Hollinger will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hollinger throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rogers tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hollinger is in Rogers's guard.
