Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slapstick Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Slapstick Willis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Rogan!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Willis fails to land the takedown.

Rogan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rogan is stalling in the full guard.
Willis seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Rogan wants to control from the top but Willis keeps moving.
Rogan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Willis kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Joe Rogan was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Willis fails with an attempt to clinch.

Rogan leaves Willis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Willis rushes Rogan and presses him up against the cage.
Willis wants to break the clinch but can't.

Willis is trying to push Rogan away but Rogan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Willis wants to take the fight to the mat but Rogan manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Willis's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Rogan stands up and waves to Willis to follow him.
Willis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Willis is breathing heavily.
Rogan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rogan keeps the fight on the outside.
Rogan tries a head kick but it misses.

Rogan rushes Willis and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Rogan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Willis fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Willis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rogan pinned against the cage. Rogan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rogan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Willis stuffs the takedown.
Willis fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rogan avoids it really well and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Willis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Willis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rogan fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Rogan clinches.
Willis stalls.
Willis is looking for a takedown.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Willis is trying to maintain a safe position but Rogan gets an underhook and turns Willis into the cage.
Willis tries to pull guard but Rogan holds him up against the cage and eventually Willis drops back down to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Rogan dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Rogan fails with a takedown attempt.
Willis misses with a body shot.
Willis shoots for a double leg takedown but Rogan sprawls well. He's pushed Willis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Slapstick Willis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Willis moves out of range of the body kick from Rogan.
Rogan shoots in and drives through. Willis sprawls well.
Rogan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Willis as he jumps to the side.
Slapstick Willis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Rogan.
Willis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rogan.
Willis throws a sloppy head kick and Rogan moves out of range easily.
Crunch! Willis slams his shin into Rogan's torso.

Willis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rogan leaves Willis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Rogan shoots for a double leg takedown but Willis sprawls well. He's pushed Rogan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Rogan is breathing heavily.
Rogan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Willis tries to clinch there but Rogan circles away.
Rogan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick misses from Willis.
Willis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rogan tries to avoid it but Willis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rogan to the ground. Rogan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No luck for Rogan with that takedown attempt.
Rogan swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Willis shoots in and drives through. Rogan sprawls well.
Willis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rogan as he avoids it easily.

Rogan clinches up against the cage.

Rogan successfully pulls guard.
Rogan has control of Willis's left arm, preventing Willis from doing any damage.
Willis sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Rogan keeping moving, preventing Willis from controlling successfully.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Slapstick Willis just wasn't active enough.
Nice sprawl there from Willis as Rogan shoots in.

Rogan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Willis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Willis is trying to control Rogan's posture but Rogan avoids it.

Rogan stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Rogan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Rogan moves into the clinch successfully.
A right hand to the body from Willis.

Rogan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Rogan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Willis is looking to improve his position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Well, if Rogan is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's time! Willis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Willis trying to control but Rogan postures up.
Rogan is looking to advance position but Willis won't allow it.
Rogan is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Willis reverses the position - he's now on top in Rogan's guard.

Willis is looking to stand up but Rogan won't let him.
Rogan looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Rogan trying to control the position.
Willis throwing strikes but missing.
Willis slips nicely into half guard.
Rogan is trying to control but can't.

Willis seems to be working for a kimura but Rogan defends the submission attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Willis throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Rogan is not content to let Willis control the position.
Rogan tries to roll over but Willis keeps him under control.
Rogan is concentrating on defense, preventing Willis from advancing position.
Willis is keen to just control but Rogan is a slippery customer.

Rogan wants to get back to full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Willis is trying to control the action in half guard but Rogan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Willis leaves Rogan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Willis tries to clinch there but Rogan circles away.

Rogan darts in and clinches Willis up against the cage.
Willis tries to pull guard but Rogan holds him up against the cage and eventually Willis drops back down to his feet.
The referee is keeping an eye on Willis - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Willis is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Rogan to keep the fight standing.
Willis is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Rogan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Willis after a bit of a struggle.
Slapstick Willis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Joe Rogan is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Rogan wants to take the fight to the mat but Willis manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
