The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimnar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Murie counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Murie lands with a good body shot.

Murie closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Grimnar quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Grimnar is refusing to be controlled, as Murie sits in half guard.

Murie uses his free foot to push down on Grimnar's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Grimnar.

Murie is keen to just control but Grimnar is a slippery customer.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Murie in particular looking to stall.

Murie seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Grimnar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grimnar is rocked!
Murie is nestled in close to Grimnar, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Oh Grimnar is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Murie looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Grimnar with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Murie connects with a nice short shot to Grimnar's temple.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Murie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Grimnar is just riding it out for now. Murie eventually gives up the hold.
Murie lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Grimnar! More strikes land and this one is all over! Murie jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
