Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marko Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gracie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stewie Griffen - Rocket Man. Halo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I am a Nightmare Walking kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gabriel Halo!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Halo throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Gracie takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Halo tries to move into range but Gracie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Halo lands a big right hand that sends Gracie crashing to the mat! Halo stays standing though and waves Gracie back to his feet!

Gracie is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gracie looks to land a combination but Halo avoids it well.
Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gracie smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Gracie seems to have got his legs back now.
Gracie sizes up Halo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Halo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gracie.

and Halo counters with a body kick.
A head kick misses from Halo.
Gracie throws the left hand but Halo avoids the punch easily.
Halo misses with a body shot.
Gracie moves out of range of the body kick from Halo.

Halo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Halo rushes Gracie and presses him up against the cage.
Halo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Gracie trying to control the position but instead, Halo has worked for underhooks and has pushed Gracie into the cage.
Halo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Good body shot from Gracie.
Gracie doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Gracie struggles to land a body shot inside as Halo controls his hands.
Gracie digs a right hand underneath Halo's ribcage. Halo let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Gracie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gracie fails to land with a series of punches.

Halo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Halo.
Halo walks into a jab.
Some wild striking there from Gracie.
Marko Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Halo fakes the leg kick and cracks Gracie in the body.
Halo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Halo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gracie.
Gracie pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Halo back to the cage. Gracie follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Gracie misses with a series of wild punches.
Gracie misses with an uppercut.
Gracie looks to throw the jab but Halo is out of range.
Gracie throws a hook but Halo avoids it easily.
Gracie misses with a jab, cross combination.

Gracie moves out of range of the strikes.
Gracie cracks Halo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Halo throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Gracie waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Halo.
A punch lands to the side of Halo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Halo misses with a wild body shot.
Halo throws a low kick but Gracie avoids it.
Halo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Halo is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Gracie checks a leg kick.
A jab from Halo misses.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Gracie throws a hook but Halo blocks it.

Halo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gracie's calf.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Halo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice jab there from Gracie.
Gracie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gracie checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Halo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gracie.
Gracie slips a jab and a cross from Halo.
Halo throws a low kick but Gracie moves out of range easily.
Gracie throws a series of punches but Halo avoids them all with ease.
Gracie moves away from the strike by Halo.
Gracie takes one on the button.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Halo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gracie looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sloppy strikes from Gracie. Those never looked like landing.
Halo scores with a nice strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

An inside leg kick lands from Halo.
Halo thuds his right hand into Gracie's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Gracie checks a low kick from Halo.
Halo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Halo sprawls well.
Halo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Gracie missing with a left hand there. Halo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Halo with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Gracie closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Gabriel Halo seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Halo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Gracie stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Halo.
Gracie misses with a hook
and Halo makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
The fighters circle, before Halo throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Gracie's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Halo lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
