Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Overdose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Abott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Overdose kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Powerthirst. Abott has chosen The Winner Takes it All! as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Abott working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Abott accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Overdose will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Overdose is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Overdose dips a shoulder and cracks Abott with a mighty uppercut! Abott falls back against the cage and Overdose unloads with a barrage of strikes! Abott is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Overdose screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Alistair Overdose decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
