PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bryce Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolos Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Big Shit Poppin' kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown darts in and clinches Jackson up against the cage.
Jackson has Brown pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Brown manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Brown has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jackson uses from the top position.

Jackson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brown is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jackson, into his guard.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Brown is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jackson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Brown's back instead.

Jackson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Brown manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Jackson is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Brown is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Brown flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Jackson anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Brown and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Jackson slips an arm under Brown chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Jackson has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Jackson is squeezing on Brown like an anaconda would it's prey. Brown fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
