Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keith Young!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Hardy!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young looks to score with a jab to the body but Hardy is just out of range.
Young lands a slapping body shot.
Young steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hardy.
Young walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Young thows a body shot but no joy.
Young throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hardy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Young.
Young staying out of range there.
Hardy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Young stuns Hardy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Young lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Hardy misses the target.

Hardy doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Hardy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Young circles away quickly and effectively.
Young fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hardy manages to avoid it.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Young advances nicely into full mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hardy can do anything to dispel that myth.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Young wants to control the pace but Hardy is squirming around nicely.

Hardy is rocked!
Hardy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Young. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Young lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Hardy! Young sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Hardy and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
