Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ash Berry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and That Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Berry's entrance music is Red Hot Chilli Pipers - Clocks. A fine choice. Guy has chosen Walk by Pantera as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Berry counters with a slapping leg kick.
Guy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Berry counters with an inside leg kick.
Berry takes a swing at Guy's ribcage but misses.
Guy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Guy there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like That Guy has been cut.
Guy throws a good cross that connects.
Guy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ash Berry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of That Guy.
Guy doesn't manage to clinch there - Berry circles away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Guy is defended easily by Berry.
Guy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Guy closes the distance and clinches up with Berry, looking for a takedown. Guy pushes Berry against the cage but Berry circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Berry throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Berry misses with a wild body shot.
Guy shoots in and drives through. Berry sprawls well.

A nice inside leg kick there by Berry. That's going to slow Guy down.

Guy moves in looking to clinch but Berry pushes him off.

and Berry counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Guy doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Berry counters with a body kick that stops Guy in his tracks momentarily.
Guy looks winded!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Berry counters with a nice right hand that sends Guy toppling to the canvas! Guy scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Berry finish him?!
Guy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Guy walks straight into a right hand from Berry - that's dropped him! Berry jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Guy from any more punishment! Guy complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
