Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joe Belanger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jiggaboo Crane!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belanger throws a front kick aimed at Crane's knee but Crane avoids it well.
Crane throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Crane tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Belanger is able to avoid easily.
Belanger connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Crane ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Belanger moves away.
Joe Belanger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crane uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Belanger.
Crane tries to land a leg kick but Belanger saw it coming and moves away.
Crane will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A head kick misses from Belanger.
Belanger throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
A combination from Crane does no damage.
Crane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Belanger circles away quickly and effectively.
Crane misses with a two punch combination.
Belanger throws a hook to the side of Crane's head but Crane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Crane on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Belanger. Belanger obviously looking to wear him down.

Crane tries to bum rush Belanger with a series of wild strikes but Belanger uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Crane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Belanger circles away quickly and effectively.

Belanger dips to his left and cracks Crane with an uppercut!
Belanger throws a nice outside leg kick.
Crane misses with a low kick.
Belanger dodges the punch combination from Crane.
Belanger throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Crane misses with a series of wild punches.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Belanger, as that shot connected.
Belanger throws a solid leg kick but Crane takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Belanger.
Belanger connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Belanger thows a leg kick but Crane checks it
and Crane counters with a three punch combo that has Belanger backing up. Belanger nods at Crane to acknowledge the strikes.
Crane slips under a jab from Belanger.
A solid leg kick lands there for Belanger.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A punch combination from Crane misses.
Belanger throws out a leg kick but Crane moves out of range and Belanger only half commits.

Belanger is looking to land body kicks.
That kick from Belanger tenderised Crane's leg. Crane is trying to keep his angry face on.
Belanger throws a head kick that misses.
Belanger closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Crane tries to work over Belanger's front leg with a kick but Belanger checks it.
Crane throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Belanger swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Crane throws a jab when Belanger was well out of range.
Belanger misses with a body kick.
Crane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crane loads up on a big right hand but Belanger slips the punch.

Crane throws a one two combo.
A left and a right from Crane both land. Nice combination.
Belanger lands a head kick. Crane smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A big right from Belanger misses.
Crane attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Crane misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Crane throws the left hand but Belanger avoids the punch easily.
Crane tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Belanger connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Belanger throws a leg kick but Crane sees it coming and moves out of range.
An inside leg kick from Belanger misses.
Crane fails to land with a series of punches.
Belanger lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Belanger shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A bone on bone clash there as Belanger blocks the leg kick.
Belanger dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Crane. That did some damage!
Crane chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Crane swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Crane tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Belanger throws a leg kick which misses Crane's front leg but catches the back leg as Crane tries to avoid it.
Crane changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Crane throws out a powerful jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crane looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Belanger throws a jab when Crane was well out of range.
Crane throws a series of punches but Belanger avoids them all with ease.
Crane keeps the fight on the outside.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Belanger darts in and out, connecting with a jab.


Crane is rocked!
Crane gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Belanger gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Belanger!
A very excited looking Joe Belanger made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
