The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roussimoff shoots for a double leg takedown but Lucas sprawls well. He's pushed Roussimoff's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Roussimoff fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lucas paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Roussimoff is rocked!
Frank Lucas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucas lands with a right and another and another! Roussimoff is in big trouble! Lucas lands again and this time it's lights out for Roussimoff! A quality knockout there for Lucas.

Frank Lucas decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
