Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piru Parka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Cummings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parka comes into the arena with blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Cummings's choice of entrance music: The Misfits - Die Die My Darling . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cummings tries to clinch there but Parka circles away.
Piru Parka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Parka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cummings.
Cummings takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Tj Cummings has been cut.
Cummings takes a swing at Parka's ribcage but misses.
Parka misses with a looping right.
Cummings swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Cummings has managed to clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cummings goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Parka fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cummings scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
It looks like Piru Parka has been cut.
Parka moves out of range of the body kick from Cummings.
Cummings swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parka throws a chopping leg kick but Cummings manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

and Cummings cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Parka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cummings but Cummings pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Parka is breathing heavily.
Parka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cummings is fending him off so far but Parka persists. Nope, Cummings circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Piru Parka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cummings clinches with his opponent.
Cummings misses with a hook from the clinch.

Cummings lands a body shot.
Cummings lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Parka takes a shot to the head.

Cummings breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cummings fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cummings is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Parka rather than just go for the knockout.
Nice uppercut lands for Cummings. That snapped Parka's head back.
Cummings drops Parka with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Parka looks back up at him and smiles so Cummings waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Parka is rocked!
Cummings ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Parka's jaw. Parka's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Cummings does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tj Cummings!
