Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Valko Hai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dragon Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Valko Hai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dragon Fish!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hai fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fish avoids it really well and circles away.
Fish avoids the body shot from Hai.
Fish looks to clinch
and Hai counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hai lands an overhand right.
Hai throws a hook but Fish avoids it easily.

and Hai makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Fish with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hai to score with a decent uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hai's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Fish wants to stand and escape but Hai is having none of it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fish can do anything to dispel that myth.

Fish is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Hai cracks Fish with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hai breaks from Fish's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Valko Hai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fish tries to buck Hai off but he can't manage it.

Hai has isolated one of Fish's arms. Fish looking to fight him off but Hai twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
