Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Chainsaw!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson misses the shot to the body.
Chainsaw looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Chainsaw tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Anderson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Anderson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chainsaw.
Chainsaw lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Anderson lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chainsaw moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Anderson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Anderson slows the pace down in half guard.
Anderson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Anderson is nestled in close to Chainsaw, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Anderson slips a nice elbow through Chainsaw's hands, connecting with Chainsaw's forehead.
Anderson winds up and cracks Chainsaw with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Anderson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Anderson not doing much here.
Chainsaw really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Anderson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Anderson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Anderson slips a nice elbow through Chainsaw's hands, connecting with Chainsaw's forehead.
Anderson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Anderson is nestled in close to Chainsaw, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Anderson is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chainsaw is bucking up trying to escape but Anderson cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Anderson looking to secure an arm triangle but Chainsaw defends it well.
Anderson controlling the position easily from mount.
Anderson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Anderson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Anderson breaks from Chainsaw's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Anderson raining down shots from the mount!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Anderson cracks Chainsaw with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Anderson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Anderson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Anderson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chainsaw's face.
Anderson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Anderson breaks from Chainsaw's wrist control and lands an elbow.

A big strike lands for Anderson! That's really hurt Chainsaw and he's turned his back - Anderson keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Anderson jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
