Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Poddubny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddie Emilianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Poddubny might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Champion Of The Champions. Emilianenko has chosen Alborosie - Kingston Town as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Freddie Emilianenko!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Emilianenko shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Emilianenko was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ivan Poddubny.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Poddubny, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
