The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grace fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Germain sprawls well initially but Grace persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Germain has hold of Grace's hands but Grace slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Grace wants to lay and pray for a moment but Germain keeps working.
Germain is looking for a sweep. Grace is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Germain wants to get back to his feet.
Germain tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Grace has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Germain really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grace. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Grace lands a nice shot to the head.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Grace breaks from Germain's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Germain is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Germain tries to reverse the position but Grace maintains control.
Germain is still in real trouble! Can Grace finish him?
Grace is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Germain goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Grace!
