Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Imum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gray Son (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Imum's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Candy Paint - Ken Tuck. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Son takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Son loads up on a big right hand but Imum slips the punch.
A jab from Imum misses.
Son throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Imum to counter with a crisp jab.
Son swings widly with a right hand
and Imum counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Son thinking.
Son misses with a left hand
and Imum makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Imum throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Imum connects with a jab.
Imum misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Son moves into range and connects with a jab.
Son fails with an attempt to clinch.
Son walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Imum checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Imum lands a nice shot that snaps Son's head back.

Son swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Son tries to close the distance and clinch up but Imum swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Son scores with a crisp jab that stopped Imum in his tracks.

Son takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Son feints and then cracks Imum's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Imum down.
Imum lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

and Imum counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Son throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Imum counters with a low kick, right behind Son 's knee.

Imum buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Imum lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Son rushes Imum and presses him up against the cage.
Son throws an elbow that misses.
Imum blocks an uppercut.
Son blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Son wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Imum has him pressed against the cage.
Imum is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Son is defending well for now.
Imum is looking for a takedown.
Imum tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Imum creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Imum prevents a body shot from Son.

Son managing to block the knees to the body from Imum.
Son lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Imum presses Son against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Imum creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Son's defenses.
It looks like Gray Son has been cut.

Imum wants a takedown but no success here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Imum swings wildly with an uppercut but Son uses good head movement to avoid it.
Imum misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Son.
Imum tries to work over Son's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Imum stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

A right hook to the body lands for Imum.
Imum using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Son has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Imum connects with a knee to the head.
Imum lands a shoulder strike.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Imum misses with some punches.
Son misses with some punches.

Son swings wildly with an uppercut but Imum uses good head movement to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Imum dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Gray Son's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Son connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Imum scores with a nice head shot.
Son swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Imum. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Imum.
Imum slips a jab from Son.
Son is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Imum.

Son fails with an attempt to clinch.
Imum bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Son's head backwards.
Imum slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Son avoids the head kick by Imum.
Imum misses with a hook
and Son counters with a head kick that drops Imum to the mat! Imum scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Imum is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Imum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Son.
BOOM! Son lands a beautiful left hook that drops Imum. Imum tries to recover but Son is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Imum lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gray Son!
