Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kris Jakua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muniek Ziomek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Muniek Ziomek!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziomek shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jakua sprawls well. Jakua wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ziomek gets slowly back to his feet.
Ziomek moves in looking to clinch but Jakua pushes him off.
Jakua scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jakua, right into the meat.

and Jakua counters with a nice body shot.
Ziomek tries to clinch but Jakua is having none of it.
Jakua defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ziomek.
Jakua tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ziomek was well out of range. Poor timing from Jakua.
Jakua connects with a leg kick. Ziomek looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Ziomek closes the distance looking to clinch
and Jakua counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Jakua lands a body shot.
Good leg kick by Jakua there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Muniek Ziomek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ziomek fails with the takedown
and Jakua counters with a right hand to the body.
Kris Jakua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muniek Ziomek.
Ziomek looks winded!
Jakua lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jakua comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ziomek closes the distance but Jakua moves to the side
and Jakua counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ziomek thinking.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jakua throws a right and a left that Ziomek avoids nicely.
Jakua tries a head kick but it misses.

Jakua connects with a solid leg kick.

and Jakua counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jakua throws a head kick that misses.
Ziomek throws a leg kick that is checked
and Jakua counters with a low kick, right behind Ziomek 's knee.
Ziomek shoots and misses

and Jakua counters with a head kick that drops Ziomek to the mat! Ziomek scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Ziomek is rocked!
Ziomek takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jakua lands the left hand.
Ziomek is still on wobbly legs! Can Jakua finish him?
Kris Jakua is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jakua throws an overhand right that has Ziomek reeling! Jakua follows up with more punches and Ziomek is out cold! This one is all over!
