Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zeus Slaughter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Randallmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan Randallmen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Randallmen clinches up against the cage.
Randallmen tries to pull guard but Slaughter forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Randallmen fails to pull guard.
Randallmen is looking for a takedown.
Zeus Slaughter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jordan Randallmen.

Randallmen has picked Slaughter up - he's going for a ride! Randallmen dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Slaughter tries to get to full guard but Randallmen has control of the leg.

Randallmen is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Slaughter defends it well.

Randallmen thows a huge punch but Slaughter dodges it nicely.
Randallmen is stalling here. Slaughter is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Randallmen seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Slaughter has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Randallmen sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Randallmen is looking for a sweep. Slaughter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Slaughter is just content to waste time from the top position. Randallmen takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Randallmen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Randallmen controls Slaughter momentarily but Slaughter frees himself.
Slaughter is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Randallmen looking for a guillotine here but Slaughter defends easily.

Randallmen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Randallmen prevents Slaughter from getting the reversal.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Randallmen throwing strikes here but Slaughter is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Slaughter is working to get back to half guard.
Slaughter on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Slaughter tries to get out of the position.
Randallmen throws some wild stikes that Slaughter manages to avoid easily.

Randallmen is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Slaughter can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Slaughter is squirming around, avoiding Randallmen's attempts to control the action.
Slaughter takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Randallmen looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Slaughter wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

Slaughter tries to lock up and control but Randallmen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Randallmen dives in and grabs Slaughter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Slaughter pushes down on Randallmen's head and hops out.
Randallmen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Slaughter as he jumps to the side.
Sloppy strikes from Slaughter. Those never looked like landing.
A right-left combo lands from Slaughter.

It looks like Jordan Randallmen has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Slaughter. Randallmen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Randallmen misses with a double jab
and Slaughter counters with a two punch combo.
Slaughter scores with a nice head shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Randallmen avoids the body shot from Slaughter.
Zeus Slaughter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Randallmen has his takedown stuffed
and Slaughter counters with a stiff right hand.

Randallmen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Randallmen is rocked!
Randallmen shoots in for a takedown but Slaughter shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Randallmen is breathing heavily.
Slaughter lands with a big left! Randallmen is wobbled badly! Slaughter comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Randallmen to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
