Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santino Marella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Colon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colon has chosen let the bodies hit the floor as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Roberto Colon enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marella moves out of range as Colon strikes.
Colon misses with a looping left.
Marella shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Colon but Colon pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Marella will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Marella drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Colon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Marella has Colon in his guard.

Colon gets to his feet - Marella follows without any prompting.

Marella throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Colon was covering up waiting for the punch and Marella finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Marella changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Colon tries to avoid it but Marella manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Colon to the ground. Colon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Colon is working an open guard so Marella takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Marella is pushing down on Colon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Colon is fighting to maintain full guard but Marella has managed to sneak the leg through.

Marella is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Colon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Marella.

Marella shoots for a double leg takedown but Colon sprawls well. He's pushed Marella's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Colon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Marella misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Marella is just content to waste time from the top position. Colon takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Colon managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Marella.
Marella throws a strike aimed at the side of Colon's head but Colon avoids it well.
Marella wants to lay and pray for a moment but Colon keeps working.
Marella lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Colon down.

Marella is trying to get an arm triangle but Colon is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Colon is pushing Marella's head away, looking to escape. Marella manages to hold on to the position though.

Marella is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Colon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Marella has hold of Colon's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Colon tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Marella cranks the arm and Colon screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Colon, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
