Edgars comes to the cage accompanied by Pantera - Walk. Alvarez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Daddy Yankee - Gasolina. Edgars scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Ricardo Alvarez has been cut.
Edgars lands with a cross.
Alvarez shoots for a double leg takedown but Edgars sprawls well. He's pushed Alvarez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Edgars connects with a superb combination that knocks Alvarez out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Edgars before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Alvarez!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Humors Edgars!
A very excited looking Humors Edgars rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
