Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zaubrek Ubrihayev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Rothsilva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ubrihayev's entrance music is Kalinka maja. A fine choice. Rothsilva has chosen Bee Bop- Hopsin as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zaubrek Ubrihayev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Rothsilva!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rothsilva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ubrihayev circles away from the clinch attempt

so Ubrihayev counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rothsilva wants to get back to his feet but Ubrihayev is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ubrihayev postures up and lands a big shot to Rothsilva's brow.
Ubrihayev loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Rothsilva wants to get back to his feet but Ubrihayev is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Ubrihayev stays in close to Rothsilva's body and controls the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rothsilva is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ubrihayev is controlling him.

Rothsilva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ubrihayev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rothsilva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ubrihayev controls the pace.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ubrihayev lands a nice short elbow.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Ubrihayev has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ubrihayev is looking for a kimura here.
Ubrihayev is looking to advance position but Rothsilva won't allow it.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ubrihayev in particular looking to stall.
Rothsilva is trying to stand up here but Ubrihayev is controlling him well.
Ubrihayev passes to side control.

Ubrihayev is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rothsilva knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Rothsilva is pushing Ubrihayev's head away, looking to escape. Ubrihayev manages to hold on to the position though.
Rothsilva takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Rothsilva wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ubrihayev just content to control the position.
Ubrihayev lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Ubrihayev grinds an elbow into Rothsilva's temple.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Ubrihayev has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Rothsilva has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Rothsilva is trapped and Ubrihayev is scoring with shots to the head and body.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Ubrihayev is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Rothsilva is tapping out! This one is all over!
