Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Russian Boy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kim Berlley!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy leaves Berlley with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Berlley shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boy pinned against the cage. Boy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A big right from Boy misses.
Nice uppercut lands for Boy. That snapped Berlley's head back.
Boy has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Berlley.
Berlley moves forwards but Boy connects with a nice, crisp jab.
A clash of legs there as Boy blocks the low kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Berlley closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Boy's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Berlley throws a big elbow that misses.
Boy looking to control.
Boy wants to get back to his feet but Berlley is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Boy is on top in guard.
Boy postures up and lands a big shot to Berlley's brow.
Berlley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Berlley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Boy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Boy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Berlley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Berlley is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Boy is looking to pass into half guard but Berlley pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Berlley is in guard.
Boy has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Boy keeping moving, preventing Berlley from controlling successfully.
Berlley throwing strikes from guard but Boy blocks nicely.
Berlley controlling from the top position.

Berlley throws a strike but Boy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Berlley is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Boy frees his head nicely. Oh but Berlley has switched to an armbar! Boy is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
