Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Apollo Youngblud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Rambo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Apollo Youngblud!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Youngblud closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rambo to the mat! Rambo manages to get full guard.

Rambo is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Youngblud breaks the clinch.
Rambo keeps the fight on the outside.
Rambo throws a sloppy head kick and Youngblud moves out of range easily.

Rambo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Rambo is trying to control the position but Youngblud postures up.

Rambo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Youngblud gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rambo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Youngblud can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rambo is on top in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of John Rambo.

Youngblud really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rambo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rambo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Youngblud!
Rambo sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Rambo has control of Youngblud's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Youngblud regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Rambo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Youngblud looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rambo tries to clinch up but Youngblud circles away and keeps his distance.

Rambo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Youngblud's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Youngblud's back!

Rambo is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Youngblud is defending well though. Rambo let's go of the attempt for now.

Rambo has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Youngblud has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
