The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cerrone avoids the body shot from Machin.
Machin lands with an uppercut that bounces Cerrone off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Don Cerrone has been cut.
Cerrone shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Machin counters with a stiff right hand.
Cerrone looks to clinch
and Machin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cerrone misses with a takedown attempt
and Machin counters with a stiff right hand.
Cerrone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Machin is fending him off so far but Cerrone persists. Nope, Machin circles away and we're back to standing.
Liam Machin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Cerrone.
Machin pounces like a tiger and cracks Cerrone with a vicious hook! Cerrone is down but not out! Machin follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
