A fine choice. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz throws a big shot that misses.
Ortiz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DuBiNsKi manages to avoid it.
DuBiNsKi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ortiz swivels and escapes.
Ortiz misses with a shot to the body

and DuBiNsKi counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Ortiz kicks DuBiNsKi off and gets back to his feet.
DuBiNsKi takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ortiz scores with a jab to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ortiz lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like ArMoND DuBiNsKi has been cut.
Ortiz misses with a two punch combination.

DuBiNsKi takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Ortiz connects with a looping right hand.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Ortiz has cracked DuBiNsKi with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Ortiz lands another huge swinging hook and DuBiNsKi tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save DuBiNsKi, before Ortiz can land any more shots!
