The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinksy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Heggs throws a half hearted mid kick.
Heggs cracks Pinksy with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Drew Pinksy has been cut.
Heggs avoids the head kick by Pinksy.

Pinksy throws a body punch but Heggs moves out of range.
Heggs takes the fight into the clinch.
Heggs goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Heggs moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Pinksy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Heggs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pinksy, pushing him back against the cage.
Pinksy is trying to break the clinch but Heggs is controlling him.
Heggs is trying to stall.
A frustrated look appears on Pinksy's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Heggs wants to get back to striking at distance but Pinksy won't allow it.
Pinksy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pinksy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Nice cross by Pinksy.

Pinksy is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Heggs throws a right and a left that Pinksy avoids nicely.
Pinksy scores with a head kick. Heggs tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Pinksy closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Heggs out cold! Heggs corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
