Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Saggett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gk King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by ACDC- Thunderstruck. Gk King has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Saggett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gk King!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Saggett.

It looks like Bob Saggett has been cut.
Saggett throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.
Saggett misses with an uppercut. King saw that one coming.
King dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Saggett. That did some damage!
King scores with a jab. Saggett acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Saggett is rocked!
A looping hook to the body misses from King. Saggett does a little dance to reset his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Saggett throws a nice looking combination but King bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Saggett moves out of range of the body kick.
Saggett thows a body shot but no joy.
Saggett on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by King. King obviously looking to wear him down.
Saggett blocks a low kick nicely.
Saggett misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bob Saggett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saggett ducks down and throws a hook to the body but King moves away.

King drops Saggett with a left right combo! King follows him down to the ground into side control.
Oh Saggett is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
King remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

King in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Saggett seems to have got his legs back now.
Saggett taking punishment in the form of punches.
Saggett is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
King throwing shots but missing, from side control.
King wants to lay and pray for a moment but Saggett keeps working.
Saggett pushes King away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, King gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

King tries to advance position but instead Saggett slips a leg back in to half guard.
King wants to get back to his feet.
Saggett is not content to let King control the position.
Saggett is trying to stand back up but King is controlling him
King has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
King drops an elbow to the side of Saggett's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Saggett tries to kick King off but King keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

King escapes and gets back to his feet.
King connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Saggett takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Saggett will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
King takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
King steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Saggett.
Saggett thows a body shot but no joy.
King keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Saggett moves forwards but King connects with a nice, crisp jab.
King looks for a takedown but Saggett sprawls well.
Saggett swinging wildly here.
Saggett throws a head kick but King moves out of range.
King cracks Saggett with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Saggett swings and misses with a hook to the body.
King ducks under a wild hook from Saggett.

Saggett moves out of range of the body kick.
Saggett misses with a double jab.
King bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Saggett's head backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Saggett pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Saggett on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
King slips under a jab from Saggett.
Saggett throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease.
King slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Saggett is looking to wear down King with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
King throws the kick towards the body but Saggett avoids it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by King.
King bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Saggett's head.

Bob Saggett's cut is getting worse.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
King lands with a good body shot.
Saggett takes a swing at King's ribcage but misses.
Saggett throws a head kick but King moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gk King dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Bob Saggett's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

King fails to land with a series of punches.

King darts in and clinches Saggett up against the ropes.
Saggett is trying to break the clinch but King is controlling him.
A body shot lands from King.

King breaks from the clinch.
Saggett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Saggett tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bob Saggett is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
King lands the left hand.
Saggett misses with an uppercut. King saw that one coming.
Saggett on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
King throws a head kick that misses.
Saggett tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

King fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Saggett on the side of the head.
King lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
King swings and misses with a hook to the body.

King steps into range and cracks Saggett with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Saggett flops backwards and King dives into his guard looking to finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King trying to control but Saggett is working from the bottom.
Saggett is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
King trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
King is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Gk King.
Saggett throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.

King lands a front kick.

A big head kick from King and Saggett is sent sprawling to the canvas!

King decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Saggett, up you get!
Gk King seems to be getting the better of the standup.
King connects with a stiff jab that staggers Saggett - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
